Russian Caravan Tea

Russian caravan tea is blended with oolong tea, keemun black tea and lapsang souchong in China, and some do not contain lapsang souchong. It is named after a Russian trade caravan that travelled all the way to convey teas from Chinese border, and teas conveyed by the caravan feature in sweet malt flavor, light smoke smell and thick and smooth taste.

Fireweed tea

Fireweed tea isn’t just dried but fermented. After fresh plants are foraged, leaves are allowed to cure in a glass jar. The fermentation process allows a deeper, fruity flavor to develop.
