Honeybush tea

Honeybush tea is an herbal drink in South Africa, brewed with honeybush leaves, which is even tenderer than black tea and green tea, and features in flower scent and honey sweetness and surprisingly high content of antioxidants. It also contains aspalathin and dihydrochalcone, and various mineral substances as well, such as potassium, copper, natrium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, ferrum and manganese.

Maca Tea

Maca tea, also called Kingo tea, is brewed with maca or maca tea bag made with fresh maca, being an emerging health-care tea drink.Boiling maca with water for tea drinking: place several pieces of maca in water like normal tea, or add water, milk, honey and cinnamon and boil them up for drinking.

Black Cohosh Tea

Black cohosh tea is an herbal tea brewed with powdered roots or extractive of black cohosh, which tastes a little bit bitter. One can add some sugar before drinking. The tea contains antioxidant and abundant nutrients and minerals such as manganese, selenium, silicon, zinc, Vitamin C and various B-group vitamins, but no caffeine.
